Description
An elegant antique Dutch Art Deco sterling silver and cut-crystal vanity dressing table set, featuring intricate repousse filigree ornamentation throughout. The comprehensive lot includes a striking crescent-shaped hand-held mirror, a matching pair of handled grooming brushes with ebonized grips, two rectangular clothes brushes, and a small round pin tray. Completing the set are two exceptional dressing table vessels: a cut-crystal perfume scent bottle and a small lidded cosmetic jar, both fitted with ornate silver caps. All featuring reticulated pierced work bird motifs of peacocks and hummingbirds. With date mark K 1920. Mirror measures 14.5 inches L x 9 W, pin dish measures 5 inches diameter.
