19th or early 20th C Ottoman Empire Silver Tobacco or Cigarette Case. The hallmarks features a Tughra (the calligraphic monogram of an Ottoman Sultan), which served as an official imperial authentication mark on silver pieces. With Turkish Hallmarks, and traditional hand-graved repousse Ottoman floral motifs.
