Large Chinese Finely Carved Reclining Guanyin with Peach depicting the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy / Bodhisattva of Compassion in a serene, resting posture holding a peach, which symbolizes longevity and immortality. With engraved decoration detailed in polychrome reclining on a faux rock carved wood base. Signed on underside.
Dimensions: Figure measures 20 inches L, on base measuring 23 inches L x 10 H x 4 deep.
