Small carved bust in dark green Soapstone depicting a stylized human face framed by a hooded parka. The features are simply modeled with almond-shaped eyes, a small nose, and softly defined mouth, the smooth rounded form emphasizing mass and expression. The stone shows natural veining and a polished surface typical of Inuit carving from the Baffin Island region.
