Description
A finely cut crystal vase by Saint Louis, France, executed in Green cut to clear crystal with a rich emerald-green color. The form is vertically faceted with a multi-sided rim and base, the body deeply cut with alternating panels of elongated thumb cuts and diamond motifs, revealing the clear crystal beneath the colored casing.
The interior base displays a radiating starburst cut, consistent with Saint Louis production, and the underside bears the etched Saint Louis mark. The weight and clarity of the crystal, along with the precision of the cutting, reflect the high standard associated with the renowned French manufactory.
