Description
Antique Sevres Coffee Can / Gobelet Litron and Saucer C. 1810. Decorated with palmettes, large heart-shaped motifs, shell patterns, and ornamental friezes. Mark on the base of this porcelain item is a red “M. Imp.le de Sèvres” or “Manufacture Impériale de Sèvres” mark. This mark was used by the French National Porcelain Manufactory at Sèvres during the Napoleonic Empire period, typically between 1804 and 1814. Saucer measures 5 inches diameter, can measures 2.5 inches H x 3.25 W.
