Antique 19th C Chinese Rose Medallion Oval Dish
Description
Antique Chinese porcelain oval serving dish, hand-painted in famille rose enamels in the Rose Medallion pattern. The design features alternating figural panels of courtly interiors and floral panels with birds, butterflies, and peonies, centered by a floral roundel. Finely executed with gilt scroll borders. Minor enamel wear and light surface marks; no apparent cracks or restorations.
