Antique Japanese Tanto Scabbard Gold Mons

Antique samurai short sword called Tanto. Blade is 10 inches, mumei, or unsigned. The tsuka, or handle, is very hard stingray skin. The black-lacquered saya, or scabbard, is decorated with gold Mon (family crest). Comes with a silk bag. Tanto measures 14.5 inches L, blade measures 9 inches. Tanto in scabbard measures 16 inches. Rack not included.
