Manny Blanc (1914-1984) was an American painter whose boldly expressive portraits reveal the influence of European Expressionism and Post-Impressionism. Characterized by emphatic black outlines, rich colour, and psychologically charged figures, Blanc developed a distinctive visual language that drew inspiration from artists such as Georges Rouault while remaining uniquely his own.
