Antique Swiss Black Forest hand-carved wood tobacco jar (or humidor) in the form of a dog’s head, likely dating from the late 19th to early 20th century (circa 1880–1900). 


Design: Featuring highly detailed carvings of a dog’s head with expressive face.
Function: The hat serves as a removable lid. 
Craftsmanship: A classic examples of "treen" (small functional household items made of wood) from the Black Forest region, known for its intricate and rustic carving style.
Dimensions: 9 inches W x 8 H.
