Edmond Dyonnet (France/Canada, 1859-1954), Pencil on Paper, Landscape drawing with a large tree by an industrial building complex.
A notable Canadian artist, Edmond Dyonnet was responsible for the creation of the Ecole des beaux-arts de Montreal. He is known for being one of the most influential teachers and portraitists of his time. Signed lower right, measures 4.5 inches H x 7.5 W within matting. Frame measures 12 x 15 inches.
