THE SIMON CHANG COLLECTION – A Chinese antique large square hand embroidered silk fragment panel, the silk embroidery showing a pair of cranes within a water scene with decorative multi-coloured elements, extensive use of gold threading throughout, set on a crimson red silk ground, with a modern brocade border and red silk back, late Qing dynasty – early Republic period. Measuring 20 inches H x 17.5 W.
