An alabaster bust of Ludwig van Beethoven, with Goldscheider tag and model number 5362W14, produced for their West German branch (Goldscheider-Everlast) after the company relocated in the late 1930s. Signed Rose, a pseudonym frequently used by the French sculptor Albert Dominique Roze (1861-1952), a well-known Goldscheider artisan.
