Antique Tibetan thangka or tangka with hand painted elaborate design showing in the centre Chi Guo Tianwang, one of the four heavenly kings, God of the east and of music, playing his pipa, with hand sewn silk border, this thangka has been temple blessed and shows various script on the back along with the handprint of main artist in red ink, 19th century. Thangka with border measures 38 inches H x 27 W, painting measures 24 inches H x 17 W.
