An Old Paris Porcelain (Vieux Paris) deep bowl or dish decorated by the studio of Ferdinand Brunin, operating at 18 Rue de la Paix. Dating to the French Restoration / late Empire period (circa 1818-1830s), the piece features a vibrant purple ground rim framed by highly intricate neoclassical gilt floral wreathes and eagles and geometric pattern panels. The reverse bears the authentic handwritten workshop signature: Ferdind Brunin, rue de la Paix. Measuring 8.25 inches W x 2.25 H.
