THE SIMON CHANG COLLECTION – A pair of Chinese large ink and watercolor on paper ancestor portraits, depicting a husband and wife in formal court attire sitting in an elaborately decorated raised chair, the husband wearing a blue rob showing a civil chest patch with birds flying about waves, the wife also wearing a rank badge and cloud collar over a rust coloured robe, set in large metal frames, circa Qing dynasty 19th century. Condition report – edge of glass in frame of woman broken.
