THE SIMON CHANG COLLECTION – A exquisitely crafted large Chinese vintage Shanghai weave rattan and bamboo sculpture box of a a crane, the body intricately woven with rattan and set with cut bamboo, with carved and polished wood elements, the back of the crane lifting off to reveal the storage compartment, set on a woven rattan base, the base with the Shanghai Handicrafts paper label 325-559, circa mid-century 2nd half 20th century.
