Description
THE SIMON CHANG COLLECTION – A group of six antique Chinese brightly coloured hand embroidered silk hanging panels, these would appear to have been used as window decor, the tapering design showing a floral motif with miniature human and flying insect and bird figures on a bright turquoise ground, with a decorative stylized floral end and various coloured fringe, the set includes 3 matched pairs with the same end design but the fringe colours do not match on the pairs, late Qing dynasty. Measuring 6 inches W x 32 L including fringe.
