An Impressionist oil painting on canvas by Lowes Dalbiac Luard (British, 1872 -1944), singed bottom right, depicting a horse carriage in a park passing by onlookers, measuring 12.5 x 17.75 inches, framed in an ornate frame to 18.5 x 24.5 inches. Puncture to canvas noted and some cracking on the finish of the frame.
