Description
Antique Victorian travel lap desk constructed from rosewood and featuring detailed mother-of-pearl inlay, orange velvet baise. Originally owned by Christopher Wearmouth of Newbiggin, Teesdale, c. first half of the 19th C who was a travelling justice of the peace in Weardale and Teesdale (County Durham).
Dimensions: 16 inches W x 9.5 deep x 6 H.
