Description
19th-century Swedish Folk Art (allmoge) commoner or peasant chair of the Baroque or Jacobean styles, dated between the late 18th and early 19th centuries in Sweden. It is a Baroque-style backrest chair with a rectangular framed back and crafted from stained pine, featuring pegged construction and bobbin-turned supports with crossbars (stretchers) between the legs.
Dimensions: 37 inches H x 17.5 W x 14 deep, seat height 18.5 inches H.
