19th C. Thomas Webb Peach Blow Gilt Perfume Bottle
Description
Victorian-era Thomas Webb and Sons perfume bottle crafted from peach blow Burmese glass.The globe-shaped bottle features a satin finish that shades from a deep pink to a lighter rose colour. It is decorated with raised gilt (gold) enamel flowers, branches and a wasp.The piece is completed with a sterling silver screw-top lid, hallmarked for Sampson Mordan, London, 1885.
