17th C Roman School Style Fruit Still Life with Watermelon, Oil on Canvas
Description
Oil on canvas still life depicting an abundant arrangement of fruit, including a prominently displayed cut watermelon, set before a classical landscape. Executed in the manner of Michele Pace (1610-1670) and the 17th-century Roman School. Relined and presented in a later gilt frame.
