A large colour lithograph by the French-Israeli artist Theo Tobiasse (1927-2012). It is titled Je navigue sur les routes comme un bel oiseau ivre (I navigate the roads like a beautiful drunk bird), created around 1980. 


Artist: Theo Tobiasse, a postwar contemporary master known for expressive figurative paintings that often explore themes of exile and the Jewish experience. 
Medium: Color lithograph or serigraph on paper. 
Subject: The piece depicts a stylized, colourful scene of a figure on a bicycle or scooter. It features his signature rich colors and loose, symbolic brushstrokes. 
Dimensions: measures approximately 40 x 28 inches, framed to 52 x 40 inches
