Japanese woodblock print entitled View of Ochanomizu by Shotei Hokuju. 

Artist: Shotei Hokuju (Japanese, 1763-1824). 
Scene: It depicts the Ochanomizu area in Edo (modern-day Tokyo), showing a winding river, a bridge, and Mount Fuji in the distance.
Style: Hokuju was known for integrating Western-style perspective and shading into traditional Japanese ukiyo-e, which is visible in the structured way the cliffs and the winding road on the right are depicted.
Dimensions: Paper measures 7.5 inches H x 10.75 W, mounted to paper folio measuring 10.5 x 15 inches. 
Condition: some cuts to paper folio.
