Antique Italian Majolica Vase work from the Trere workshop in Faenza, Italy, a city world-renowned for its ceramics.
Renaissance Revival: The vase features a classic Renaissance-style portrait medallion, a hallmark of the Trerè factory’s historical revival pieces.
Technique: It is made using the sgraffito technique, where the design is scratched through the top layer of slip and finished with a bright tin glaze.
Markings: Marked on underside Ceramica Trere Faenza TC.
