Description

A refined Murano glass vase from the Eulisse series, designed by Laura de Santillana for Venini. The work presents a tall cylindrical form executed in deep cobalt blue glass, overlaid with a sweeping diagonal field of finely spaced vertical canes in tones of turquoise and pale green.

The surface treatment creates a striking optical effect, with the ribbed linear elements producing movement and depth across the otherwise minimalist silhouette. The controlled contrast between the saturated blue ground and the lighter filigrana section exemplifies Santillana’s sensitivity to color and structure.
The base is finished with a clear glass rim, grounding the composition and enhancing the overall clarity of form.
