Description

Japanese circular bronze Buddhist offering tray featuring pierced lotus-scroll border and a finely chased central lotus medallion. The inner band bears a hand-incised dedicatory inscription reading “Hono, Horeki 9th year, ” corresponding to 1759 (mid-Edo period). 


Diameter: 9 inches (approx. 23 cm).
