The design is inspired by the ancient Damascene technique, featuring 24K gold wash ripple decoration on a lacquered iron base with silver clips on verso. Marked T and Co Silver. Angela Cummings is a world-renowned American jewelry designer celebrated for her sculptural, nature-inspired aesthetic and innovative use of materials.

In 1967, after studying goldsmithing and gemology in Europe, Cummings joined Tiffany & Co.. In 1975, she became one of the first women in the house’s history to have a collection credited under her own name, joining the ranks of Elsa Peretti and Paloma Picasso.
