19th C France Saint Clement faience earthenware shaving dish featuring a distinctive cornucopia or horn of plenty decoration in the basin. 

The dish is hand-painted with a floral motif using blue, green, yellow, and red colours. Signed on underside, SC 17. Measuring 10 inches L x 8 W x 2.5 H.
