Antique or vintage 18K Gold, royal blue enamel, and diamond-set ladies’ pendant watch or pocket watch fob. 

It is decorated with a floral or swag motif set with rose-cut diamonds. 19.4 grams total weight, measures approx. 1 inch diameter. Untested.
