The sculpture depicts the historic Buddha Shakyamuni, featuring a gentle, smiling expression, heavy-lidded eyes, and an ushnisha (cranial protuberance) covered in tight curls. The sculpture features closed eyes and a gentle expression, intended to bring calm and serenity.
The piece is mounted on a modern, stepped black display base.
