Antique wooden clock from The Standard Electric Time Company.
The Standard Electric Time Company was founded in Waterbury, Connecticut, in 1884 and later moved to Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1911.
The company was a manufacturer of synchronized electric clock systems, which were often installed in schools, universities, and other public buildings.
Mechanism replaced to battery. Measuring 16” x 16” x 3”deep.
