Pencil on paper, signed with initials “G.D.” lower right, titled on verso. A finely executed graphite drawing by Quebec artist Georges Delfosse, depicting a traditional residence in St-Henri de Mascouche, Quebec. The composition highlights Delfosse’s skill in architectural rendering, with careful linear structure and softly sketched foliage framing the house.

Frame: Period giltwood frame with linen mat and nameplate; verso inscribed: “Georges Delfosse – Vieille Maison à St-Henri de Mascouche – 1287-4/1”
Signature: Initialed “G.D.” lower right
Condition: Paper with light toning and faint foxing, not examined out of frame. Mat and backing with age wear.
