Jack Beder (Polish-Canadian, 1910-1987) Coloured Lithograph titled View from St. Norbert St. 10/12, 1983, signed Beder 1983 in the bottom right corner and View from St. Norbert St. (8) 10/12 on the bottom left. Jack Beder was a member of the Jewish Painters of Montreal group and is known for his depictions of Montreal street scenes, landscapes, and social scenes. He studied at the Ecole des beaux-arts de Montreal and was a member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour and the Canadian Society of Graphic Art. Print measures 5.75 inches H x 8.5 W within matting, frame measures 11 x 13.75 inches.
