Antique Map of Nova Scotia ca. 1749

A historical map of Nova Scotia engraved for the London Magazine in 1749 and sold by B. Baldwin. It depicts Nova Scotia and the surrounding areas based on the surveys by T. Kichin. It measures 7.25 x 4.75 and was framed by Eaton’s to 14.5 x 11 inches. Provenance: A Dutch family collection that moved to Montreal in the 1920s.
