Nuveeya Ipellie (Frobisher Bay – Iqualuit, Nunavut, 1920 – 2010), large hand carved mottled stone figure of a prone walrus with inset eyes and tusks, signed on baes with roman lettering N.I. dated 1979. 12 inches L x 6 H x 5 deep.
