Antique Imperial Russian 14K Gold Blue Sapphire and Diamond Lozenge Form Brooch. Hallmarked 56 Kokoshnik mark, Cyrillic maker’s mark. 7.7 grams, sapphire measures 11.54 mm x 8.03 mm. Four diamonds measure 2.81 mm.
