Rene Lalique small covered box created in the 1920s for D’Orsay for their facial powder, the opalescent lid showing two sirens or mermaids holding hands, with the sides showing a frosted rays styled pattern, the lid is set on the original cardboard bottom with cover, powder puff and some remnant powder, the soft perfume smell of the powder is still noticeable after nearly 100 years, embossed on the side D’Orsay and also R. Lalique. 3.25 inches diameter x 1 H.
