Antique Japanese Lacquered Tabakobon Tobacco Box
Antique Japanese Meiji period black lacquered on wood tabakobon or tobacco box, with hand painted bamboo motif in gold, with original brass fittings; condition report – loss to black lacquer at two bottom corners and on base. 11.5 x 6 x 8 inches H, 10 inches H including handle.
