An 18K yellow gold pendant with an approximate gross weight of 12.90 g, measuring approximately 30 mm [1.18 in] wide × 45 inches [114.3 cm] long, including the bail clip. The bail clip is suitable for wearing the pendant as a pearl enhancer.

The central natural mixed-cut Radiant cut diamond, with a step-cut crown and brilliant-cut pavilion, is estimated to weigh 3.40 ct and is graded VS1 clarity and H–I colour. Its approximate dimensions are 9.0 × 8.0 × 5.8 mm [0.35 × 0.31 × 0.23 in]; measurements are approximate because the stone is bezel-set.

The pendant is further set with 41 natural round brilliant-cut diamonds, approximately 1.3 mm [0.05 in] each, estimated at 0.01 ct per stone and 0.41 ct total, with VS clarity and G–H colour. Estimated total diamond weight: 3.81 ct.

The natural rubies comprise 45 round mixed-cut stones measuring 1.5–2.3 mm [0.06–0.09 in] each, with an estimated total weight of 1.38 ct; 30 square-cut stones measuring approximately 1.7 mm [0.07 in] each; and four baguette-cut stones measuring approximately 2.3 × 1.4 mm [0.09 × 0.06 in] each. The square-cut and baguette-cut rubies have a combined estimated weight of 1.19 ct. The natural rubies are heat-treated and show an intense purplish-red colour with visible inclusions. Estimated total weight of the natural rubies: 2.57 ct.

A round synthetic ruby measuring approximately 3.0 mm [0.12 in] is set above the central diamond at the top of the motif; it is the largest round ruby in that position. This item has been examined by a gemologist.
