THE SIMON CHANG COLLECTION – A rectangular shaped vintage Chinese handmade woven Shanghai weave rattan and bamboo box with red painted wood rims, the top with an intricately woven green grasshopper insect bug with carved wood elements, the body of the box of a woven bamboo design, the underside of lid with the Shanghai Handicrafts paper label, circa mid-century 2nd half 20th century.
