After a painting by Cornelius Krieghoff (1815 – 1872), engraved by William Simpson (1823-1899), hand finished aquatint lithograph titled The Ice Cone at the Falls of Montmorency near Quebec, Lower Canada, in 1853, marked London Lub for the Artist by Ackermann and Co. 96 Strand Dec 1853, printed on board. Board measures 21 inches H x 26.5 W.
