Japanese Kutani Style Porcelain Charger, enamel decorated with four scholars gathered in a mountainous landscape beneath a pine tree, the cavetto enclosed by a richly ornamented border of stylized floral and foliate motifs in green, blue, yellow, and aubergine enamels. The reverse bearing a green square Kutani-style mark.
