Thomas Tayler Ireland (also known as T. Taylor Ireland, British, fl. 1880 – c. 1927) watercolour on paper, depicting an atmospheric, misty autumnal scene of a river featuring gnarled birch trees, situated near a stream. Signed lower right.
Ireland was a prolific London-born landscape artist active during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Dimensions: Image measures 14 inches H x 20 W within matting, frame measures 19 x 26 inches W.
