Description

French Louis XV style writing table or desk, dating from the mid-to-late 19th century French Napoleon III period. It is constructed with marquetry or parquetry veneer, and stands on slender cabriole legs adorned with detailed gilt-bronze (ormolu) mounts, and an embossed leather blotter insert.

Dimensions: 31.5 inches H x 30 W x 18.75 deep.

Condition: Loss to veneer throughout, as shown.
