An antique French-made Movement English gilded brass carriage clock, likely produced in the late 19th or early 20th century. 

Brand/Retailer: Features the inscription "DENT ROYAL EXCHANGE CORNHILL LONDON, " indicating it was sold by E. Dent & Co., a renowned London retailer, although the movement is French-made. 
Case Style: Known as an "Anglaise" case, it features Corinthian column pillars at the corners, a stepped base, and a hinged handle for portability. 
Movement: features an eight-day movement with a platform escapement. 
Functionality: striking or repeating, in working order but should be serviced. No key.
Dimensions:  6 inches H x 4 W x 3.5 deep.
