Pair of vintage Canadiana collection ceramic bowls by Henriot Quimper for Ogilvy’s of Montreal. A rare piece of "Canadiana Decor, " as it was a custom commission for Ogilvy’s, a historic high-end department store in Montreal.


The pieces feature hand-painted figures set in a winter landscape with evergreens and snow: 
Imagery: One bowl depicts a figure in a red hooded parka carrying snowshoes on their back. The second bowl shows a figure in a green hooded parka carrying a large backpack. 
Striping: The rims are decorated with concentric yellow and green bands, which are characteristic of this specific collection made for the Ogilvy’s department store. 
Dimensions: 7.75 inches.
