Baccarat for Lubin “Kismet” Figural Crystal Perfume Bottle, Elephant Form, ca. 1921
Description
Clear crystal figural perfume bottle produced by Baccarat for the Parisian perfumer Lubin, designed as an elephant and issued for the “Kismet” fragrance in 1921. The sculptural body is finely modeled with softly frosted detailing to the stopper, complemented by traces of the original gilt label. A rare and charming example of early 20th-century luxury perfume design.
