A set of three antique Japanese Imari porcelain plates, characterized by their vibrant hand-painted patterns in iron red and cobalt blue c. late 19th to early 20th century (Meiji period), featuring the traditional scalloped edges and intricate floral motifs. 


Design Style: Known for hand-painted reserves filled with flowers, landscapes, and patterns.
Color Palette: Traditionally uses three main colors, a white porcelain base, a blue underglaze (cobalt), and an orange-red overglaze (iron red).
Production: Named after the port of Imari, these were historically produced in Arita and highly prized for export. 
Diameter: 8.5 inches.
